Warrantech is committed to the highest industry standards.  Warrantech makes no outbound sales calls regarding Auto Extended Warranties or Auto Service Contracts.  Rest assured that if you have received any Auto Extended Warranty calls, they were neither placed nor authorized by Warrantech Companies.  Furthermore, Warrantech does not hire outside contractors to make any calls on our behalf.  If you have received unwanted or unauthorized calls, ask for the person’s full name, phone number and for what company s/he works.  If that person identifies Warrantech - - ask for the supervisor immediately.  Report the person’s name, supervisor’s name, and phone number to info@warrantech.com.   

The calls we place are made only to existing customers, or customers with whom we, or our clients, have an established business relationship. 

Furthermore, Warrantech cooperates fully with local, state and federal law enforcement authorities and will prosecute anyone suspected of unauthorized use of our name, logo, phone numbers or ANY identifying marks without our express permission.  The use of our name or identifying any unauthorized person as representing Warrantech in a phone call, letter, and/or service contract will not be tolerated.
